Your day-to-day:

  • Plan, execute and attend various events and trade shows, including top-tier global Hostinger Influencers’ meetups, global and local WordCamps, and other industry conferences with brand sponsorship opportunities.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the event or brand presence, from concept development, planning, and communication to logistics and execution, to align with Hostinger’s brand and business goals.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with suppliers, agencies, vendors, and other external partners.
  • Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and implement improvements for future events.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance our event experiences.
  • Manage event-related communications and ensure a high-quality attendee experience.

Your skills and experience:

  • You are passionate about planning and executing successful in-person events and exploring brand sponsorship opportunities in industry conferences.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in event or trade show management, with a proven track record of delivering impactful events.
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can collaborate effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • You have experience working with production houses, agencies, and freelancers.
  • You are proactive and can anticipate challenges, finding solutions quickly and efficiently.
  • You have a strong creative mindset, bringing new and exciting ideas to life.
  • You can fluently communicate in both English and Lithuanian.

Compensation:

  • Gross salary 2,600 to 3,500 EUR/month (depending on your experience).
