Job Description
SIA Ignitis Latvija is looking for a proactive and experienced Contact Center Channel Manager to join our Sales and Customer Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic development, quality control, and daily management of our contact center operations. You will focus on optimizing our sales processes, automating and improving our CRM system, and ensuring an excellent standard of customer service. This position is directly subordinate to the Head of Sales and Customer Support.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Leading contact center project management, including strategy development, quality control, and providing daily support
- Managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including process management, continuous improvement, and automation
- Maintaining, optimizing, and improving the sales process to achieve set company goals
- Ensuring a high-quality customer support process, improving after-sales service, and providing excellent customer care
- Maintaining and structuring customer databases and performing results analytics
- Performing othe/r tasks within your scope as assigned by the direct manager or Head of Department
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and customer support leadership, ideally within the energy, technology, or a related sector
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Excellent skills with CRM systems (e.g., SAP, MS Dynamics, Pipedrive) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Miro, Jira, Confluence)
- A solid understanding of sales principles, customer service best practices, and relevant legislative frameworks (e.g., consumer rights, data privacy)
- Proficiency in Latvian and English (oral and written) as this role involves regular communication with international colleagues and partners
