We started in 2022 as a medical practices company, offering primary care clinic services and health plans. We began by providing healthcare services in our Austin-based clinics, which include locations in Austin, Round Rock, and Kyle. Our services include primary care, preventative care, chronic condition management, specialty consultations, and health coaching. We offer care at our 39 clinics to everyone, not just our health plan members.

We also provide our own health plans, which we design to be clinically driven. These plans integrate with our care services, offering options like $0 deductibles and low-cost care. For most services, when guided by our care team, you’ll have $0 out-of-pocket expenses. We cover specialties such as Orthopedics, Cardiology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, and ENT.

We use a “payvider” model, combining direct care delivery with health plan management. This involves financial analysis, procurement, and scaling accounting across our health plan, medical entities, and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) operations. We also support home-based primary care for Medicare and Medicare Advantage members. We’ve expanded to El Paso, San Antonio, and Dallas, and plan to introduce our health plans in these new communities soon.

Our mission is to transform healthcare to keep people healthy. We aim to rebuild the healthcare operating system and create a healthcare environment that promotes wellness. This mission is fueled by collaboration, innovation, and a patient-centered approach, especially here in Texas. We deliver clinically-driven coverage and care that puts the patient and doctor first, ahead of traditional insurance company rules.
