Contract Saba LMS Administrator | Enterprise Learning Operations (Remote, India | US Pacific Hours)
Role Type: Contract (40 hours/week)
Location: Fully Remote, India-based candidates only
Working Hours: US Pacific Time Zone (night shift in India, full overlap required)
Duration: 10 months to start, with potential to extend
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Saba LMS Administrator to support a high-volume, enterprise learning environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own day-to-day LMS operations and ensure smooth, accurate delivery of training at scale.
You’ll work closely with training and program teams to manage course delivery, reporting, and system integrity across a fast-moving learning operation.
What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day operations within the Saba LMS, including course uploads, enrollments, and session setup
Create and maintain course offerings and manage course releases
Run and deliver reporting on training activity, completion, and performance metrics
Maintain course lifecycle: updates, versioning, and archiving
Troubleshoot learner and course issues and coordinate resolution
Ensure data accuracy across users, courses, and training records
Partner with training teams to support campaign launches and assignments
Develop and maintain job aids, templates, and system documentation
Requirements
What You Bring
3+ years of hands-on Saba LMS administration experience (required)
Proven ability to manage high-volume LMS activity with accuracy and speed
Strong reporting capability, including pulling and interpreting training data
High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear, professional communication and strong stakeholder collaboration
Practical troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution
