Infotek Consulting LLC, a leading IT and services firm, seeks a friendly and experienced Project Manager III to join our team. As a Project Manager III, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects for our clients. You will also ensure the projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, collaborating with top professionals in the Government Contracting industry. The ideal candidate will have experience leading ERP Integration projects for Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or equivalent applications.
Responsibilities
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop and manage a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership
Report and escalate matters to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Respond to clientβs questions and concerns on time
Communicate effectively with clients to clearly understand project requirements and scope
Ensure that project deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards
Coach, mentor, and motivate other Project Managers
Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, and tools to expand and mature these capabilities for the PMO
Deliver appropriate and effective executive-level communication
Continue professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods, and best practices
Must be willing to work occasional nights and weekends if doing so is necessary
The job is remote and may require travel in the future
10+ years of working experience as a Project Manager in business
Proven ability to be a leader within a PMO and think strategically
Solid background or hands-on experience in application management, application support, or Information Technology
Able to easily interact with Engineers, End Users and CxO-level Executives
Ability to build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail
Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects ( over 15) concurrently
Proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, OneNote, MS Excel, Planner)
Experience working in a client-facing role
PMP or other recognized Project Management certification
