The Role
The VP of Technology & Architecture / Chief Solution Architect will serve as the architectural brain trust of Innovapptive’s platform — unifying product architecture across React Native, Full-Stack (Node + Angular), and Integration domains.
Reporting to the SVP of Engineering & Technology, this leader will define and enforce enterprise-wide architecture standards, drive AI-First design principles, and ensure technical consistency, scalability, and performance across every product line.
This is a hands-on architectural leadership role — equal parts strategist, system designer, and AI champion — responsible for evolving Innovapptive’s platform into an autonomous, self-learning digital operations network (ION) built on AI Agents, Computer Vision, and Intelligent Orchestration.
How You Will Make An Impact.
1. Architect the AI-First Foundation
- Define and own the enterprise architecture blueprint across mobile, web, API, and integration layers.
- Introduce AI-native design patterns that embed LLMs (SLMs + LLMs), Computer Vision, and Agent APIs into core product workflows.
- Use tools like Cursor.AI, ChatGPT Advanced Data Analysis, and Bolt.AI to accelerate system design, generate reference code, and validate architectural integrity.
2. Standardize Architecture Across Domains
- Unify React Native, Full-Stack, and Integration architectures under a single governance model.
- Define performance and reliability standards for offline sync, data consistency, and error recovery across apps.
- Institutionalize pattern libraries, micro-frontend guidelines, and integration adapters for SAP, Maximo, Oracle, and SCADA/OSI-PI systems.
3. Build Observability and Resilience as a Culture
- Enforce telemetry-first architecture using Sentry, LeakCanary, and custom APM dashboards to detect issues before customers do.
- Establish real-time health dashboards to track crash-free user rates, sync success rates, and API latency SLAs.
- Lead AI-driven RCA frameworks that auto-diagnose and auto-recommend fixes based on telemetry patterns.
4. Mentor and Elevate Engineering Excellence
- Coach Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and Engineers to adopt AI-First development practices and code review automation.
- Create and govern an Architecture Review Board (ARB) that uses AI agents to validate designs for security, scalability, and compliance.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning through AI tooling, documentation excellence, and cross-team collaboration.
5. Drive Innovation and Customer Value
- Translate customer and market needs into platform-level capabilities that differentiate Innovapptive in the Connected Worker category.
- Partner with Product Management to prioritize features that amplify AI value creation and reduce technical debt.
- Evaluate emerging AI/ML and Edge technologies for inclusion in the platform’s roadmap.
What You Bring to The Team
- 15 + years in software architecture, including 5 + years in enterprise SaaS or industrial software leadership.
- Deep expertise in mobile (React Native), web (Angular + Node.js), and enterprise integration (REST, GraphQL, MQ, SAP, OSI-PI).
- Proven experience architecting for scale (> 10 k users) with high reliability and offline sync resilience.
- Demonstrated AI literacy and hands-on use of ChatGPT, Cursor.AI, Bolt.AI, Testim, and Sentry for design acceleration and quality assurance.
- Strong foundation in security, DevOps, and cloud architecture (AWS).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to present complex architectural concepts to executives and customers.
- Passion for mentoring, scaling teams, and building “AI First” engineering cultures.
Success Metrics (FIRST 90-180 Days)
- Enterprise Architecture Blueprint published and adopted across React Native and Full-Stack domains.
- AI Design Assistant workflow operationalized (Creating > 30 % faster solution designs and reviews).
- System performance improved by 25 %, measured via telemetry (Sentry + LeakCanary dashboards).
- Architecture Review Board live, enforcing standards and AI-based design validation.
- Zero critical defects in production post release for 3 consecutive cycles.
