Job Description
The Technical Consultant will integrate and map customer data from client source system(s) to our industry-leading platform. The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Communicate with clients and/or ISW Project Manager to scope, develop, test, and implement conversion/integration of data.
- Effectively communicate with ISW Project Managers and customers to keep a project on target.
- Continually drive improvements in the data migration process.
- Collaborate via phone and email with clients and/or ISW Project Manager throughout the conversion/integration process.
- Demonstrate collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Clear understanding of cloud and application integrations.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ensure client’s data is converted/integrated accurately and within deadlines established by ISW Project Manager.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience working in a professional services organization or other related field.
- Experience performing reconciliations of large/complex spreadsheets from multiple sources in Excel or Microsoft Access.
- BA/BS degree, preferably in accounting, finance, Computer Science, or equivalent data transformation experience.
- Excellent English written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Solutions-focused approach to creative problem-solving.
- Experience with the basics of Equity administration topics a plus.
