Job Title: Influencer Marketing Specialist (North America)

About the Role:

We are seeking a collaborative and strategic Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our North

America team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing our influencer

network to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Your core focus will be on identifying,

onboarding, and managing partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) who resonate with our

brand and target audience. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the local digital

landscape and excels at fostering authentic, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Partnership Development:

◦ Develop and execute a targeted influencer strategy for the North American market.

◦ Proactively research, identify, and evaluate potential KOL partners across relevant social

platforms.

• End-to-End Campaign Management:

◦ Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and contract negotiation to campaign

briefing, execution, and performance review.

◦ Act as the primary liaison for influencers, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and

successful collaboration.

• Analysis & Optimization:

◦ Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance against key metrics. Provide insights and

recommendations to optimize future initiatives.

◦ Maintain organized records of partnerships, contracts, and campaign results.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

◦ Work closely with internal Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to ensure influencer activities

are integrated and support broader business goals. Qualifications:

• Must-Have:

◦ 2+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or brand

partnerships.

◦ Proven ability to identify, negotiate with, and manage KOL/influencer relationships.

◦ Native English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

◦ Strong understanding of North American social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram,

YouTube) and cultural trends.

◦ Excellent organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.

• Preferred:

◦ Experience in the consumer electronics, technology, or a related industry.

◦ Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.

◦ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
