About the role
This is a pivotal role at the heart of the IOSH Academy, where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in keeping things running smoothly while helping us hit our enrolment targets. How? By connecting with prospective learners through phone calls, emails, and both face-to-face and virtual meetings—and turning curiosity into commitment.
Customer experience is everything here. You’ll be the friendly first voice learners hear, guiding them from that very first enquiry all the way through to enrolment and IOSH membership. And it doesn’t stop there—you’ll continue to support learners throughout their journey, making sure every interaction feels seamless, supportive, and positive.
What you’ll bring
You’re confident, proactive, and love being customer-facing. As the first point of contact for potential learners, you’ll enjoy answering questions, building rapport, and turning enquiries into enrolments. With a background in customer service, you’ll be comfortable picking up the phone, making outgoing calls, and confidently guiding people towards the right learning opportunity.
You’ll thrive working towards targets and feel comfortable managing your own workload, using your initiative to get results. Strong IT skills are a must—you’ll be sending offers, responding to email enquiries, and setting learners up on the LMS with ease. If you enjoy juggling tasks, meeting goals, and making a real difference to people’s learning journeys, you’ll feel right at home.
