Job Description

A technical expert position responsible for providing specialized knowledge in private wealth services

without supervisory duties. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for trust structures, tax

treatments, and technical requirements while delivering training and guidance on complex matters.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership in private wealth services
  • Drive technical excellence and standards
  • Provide expertise to help develop technical training materials with Global Technical Training

Team

  • Monitor regulatory and industry changes
  • Resolve complex technical matters
  • Guide implementation of best practices
  • Champion quality control processes

Tasks:

  • Review complex technical deliverables
  • Provide technical guidance and training
  • Monitor changes in accounting standards
  • Develop technical procedures
  • Resolve complex accounting queries
  • Lead technical implementations
  • Review complex client structures
  • Guide regulatory compliance matters
  • Monitor team’s quality KPI and provide recommendations to Manager
  • Develop technical documentation
  • Address escalated technical issues
  • Support team members on their technical questions, as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned for role and business needs

Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field & ACCA Qualified or ACA would be an advantage

Professional Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years in private wealth or trust administration
