About CIM Group
Founded in 1994, we own, operate, lend, and develop real estate and infrastructure. We invest in physical assets across the Americas, aiming to improve the communities where we work. We have three main platforms: real estate, infrastructure, and credit.
Our Real Estate platform covers various sectors and equity strategies. Our Infrastructure platform focuses on making operations more efficient, sustainable, and digital. Our Credit platform provides financing for different types of real estate.
Some of our projects include The Independent and Seaholm Power Plant in Austin, Texas. We also formed Westlands Electric Power Company (WEPCO), which owns renewable power projects in California. As of September 30, 2025, we managed $31.8 billion in assets.
