missions 🛠
- Define, maintain, and evolve the overall test strategy aligned with business goals
- Take ownership of the end-to-end QA process, from 3 Amigos sessions through test execution and reporting
- Design, write, execute, and report manual test cases using Jira Xray
- Perform technical testing of integrations and web services (REST APIs)
- Actively collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Contribute to and help establish test automation, to build a reliable automated TNR (Test & Non-Regression) suite
- Work hands-on with test automation frameworks, ideally Playwright
- Ensure test results, risks, and quality metrics are clearly communicated to the team

- Intermediate to senior experience in software testing/quality assurance
- Strong understanding of test methodologies, test levels, and test types
- Proven experience defining and executing test strategies
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Hands-on experience with test automation (Playwright preferred)
- Experience testing REST APIs and integrations
- Familiarity with Jira and test management tools (Xray is a strong plus)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality outcomes
- ISTQB Foundation certification
