We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Strategist.

We need a sharp, strategic thinker who lives and breathes B2B SaaS marketing and knows how to turn website performance data into a clear roadmap of action - someone who’s equally comfortable leading a client call with a VP of Marketing as they are digging into GA4 reports.

This person will be the driving force behind our Growth System offering, owning the strategy that ties together design, development, and data to continuously improve our clients’ websites.

In this role, you will:

📊 Own the success of retainer clients and serve as their strategic partner across all website initiatives

🙌 Manage the strategy and success for a portfolio of 5–6 retainer clients.

🔄 Run the strategic loop of ideation, prioritization, execution oversight, and data-driven iteration for retainer client websites

📈 Analyze performance data across SEO, Google Ads, and on-site conversion paths and translate findings into actionable recommendations and a roadmap of website projects

📋 Project manage key initiatives where execution involves copywriting, design, and development

🤝 Handle client relationships with poise, confidence, and empathy

This is a full-time role with working hours up to 2:00–3:00 PM ET.

To excel in this role, you need:

6+ years of hands-on experience working on and optimizing B2B SaaS websites

✅ Deep technical knowledge of strategy, paid media, SEO, and CRO for tech companies

✅ Client-facing experience, with confidence leading meetings with senior marketing stakeholders

✅ Website strategy expertise (page purpose, structure, collaboration with designers and developers)

✅ Strong copywriting skills (AI use encouraged; output must be high quality)

✅ Analytics proficiency (GA4, GSC, GTM, ad platforms), including ability to set up GA4 events or guide dev teams

✅ B2B SaaS experience (site structure, demo/trial funnels, optimisation without high-volume A/B testing)

✅ Proactive approach to learning and utilizing AI (e.g., Claude) for content, analysis, and to rapidly generate design concepts

Bias toward action—you are comfortable shifting from high-level strategy to hands-on execution when needed

Brownie points for:

⭐ Experience running A/B testing programs

⭐ Experience with Webflow

⭐ Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)

⭐ Agency experience or managing multiple client accounts

⭐ Experience building/maintaining reporting dashboards (Looker Studio, Databox, etc.)

The ideal candidate is friendly, personable, and genuinely enjoys working directly with clients.

You have a sharp eye for detail and take the time to develop a deep understanding of each client’s audience and product, making sure that understanding is reflected accurately in everything you do.

You’re open-minded, innovative, and excited about the pace of change in the agency world right now - especially when it comes to AI. You’re not just keeping up with new tools and trends, you’re actively looking for ways to use them to deliver better results for clients and make the team more effective.

You’ll be reporting to Jamie Dowis, Co-Founder and Director of Strategy at Curio Digital.

Jamie is the strategic brain behind the agency and the person who’ll be guiding your work day to day. When he’s not crafting website strategies, you’ll probably find him on a pickleball court, hitting the slopes on his snowboard, or planning his next adventure - he once spent two years traveling full time, living in Ecuador, Mexico, Alaska, and beyond.

She’s hands-on, supportive, and always up for a good brainstorm.
