In simple terms, we build marketing and sales systems that make sure leads are captured, followed up with properly, and converted - without things slipping through the cracks. We’re looking for an AI-Powered Marketing Manager. We need someone who thrives on building systems, automating workflows, and improving marketing performance through AI. This role is strategic, client‑facing, and marketing‑driven, with strong operational and project‑management responsibilities.

You’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs, translate them into actionable workflows, and collaborate with our technical team to deliver. You’ll also contribute to internal marketing, lead generation, and performance initiatives.

You’ll be the kind of person who doesn’t just execute tasks, but constantly looks for ways to optimise, automate, and drive measurable results across campaigns and client accounts.

On reflection, this role is designed to focus on applying AI within marketing and sales, rather than deep technical development. While there is a systems and automation element, it does not require building complex agents or integrations from scratch. Instead, we’re looking for someone who is an advanced user of AI tools and can leverage them effectively to drive marketing performance and results.

In this role, you will:

🚀 Own performance across assigned client accounts

🔍 Identify gaps in lead handling, follow-up, and conversion

⚙️ Build and optimise funnels, campaigns, and automations

📊 Manage CRM systems and workflows (HighLevel or similar)

🔗 Integrate lead sources and systems (ads, forms, APIs, Zapier/Make)

🤖 Build AI agents and automated marketing workflows

🎥 Create AI-driven content systems (social, email, video, etc.)

💬 Manage client communication, calls, and project delivery

🤝 Coordinate freelancers and external specialists

📣 Support internal marketing (funnels, content, campaigns)

📈 Track performance and continuously improve results

This is a full-time remote role with flexibility, but you’ll need solid overlap with UK/EU working hours for collaboration.

Must-haves:

✅ 2–5 years in digital marketing, operations, or project delivery

✅ Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms

✅ Hands-on experience building funnels, email campaigns, and automations

✅ Strong communication and client management skills

✅ Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work

✅ Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Pabbly, etc.)

✅ Ability to take ownership and work independently

✅ Actively using AI tools to create output, automate tasks, or improve workflows

Brownie points for:

⭐ Experience with HighLevel

⭐ Experience building AI agents or automated workflows

⭐ Experience creating AI-generated content (video, avatars, voice, UGC)

⭐ Familiarity with tools like OpenAI, Claude, HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs

⭐ Experience building content systems for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube

⭐ Basic design skills

⭐ Experience in an agency or fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly self-driven, and naturally takes ownership of their work. You’re a problem-solver who figures things out independently, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is both organised and detail-oriented.

You communicate clearly, stay curious - especially about AI - and always think in terms of outcomes: “How can this be improved?” and “How can this be automated?”

You’ll be working closely with Francis Rodino, Founder of Lead Hero AI.

Francis is an AI and marketing systems specialist who helps service businesses turn demand into predictable revenue through automation and CRM systems. Fun fact: if Lead Hero were an animal, he’d pick an octopus - because he’s always thinking about how multiple systems can work together seamlessly 🐙
