We create fun and innovative sunglasses, including kids’ sunglasses with character face coverings from big names like Disney and Marvel. You might have even seen us on Shark Tank!

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Product & Packaging Designer with a strong understanding of physical product design—not just graphics. You’ll be responsible for designing innovative sunglasses and engaging packaging that brings our ideas to life from concept to shelf.
In this role, you will:
🎨 Design a variety of products and packaging, ensuring consistency with brand style guides
🕶️ Create fresh & fun sunglasses designs using existing templates or designing new frames
📦 Develop packaging that aligns with strict licensor guidelines
📢 Design marketing materials to promote our products effectively
📸 Clean up and edit photos to enhance visual appeal
📅 Stay on task, manage workload, and meet deadlines consistently
🧠 Conceptualize and develop compelling product and packaging ideas from scratch—not just layouts or Amazon-style graphics
📐 Collaborate with the design team to refine dielines and production files for mass retail
🧵 Integrate physical product constraints (materials, mold limitations, packaging formats) into your design thinking
⏰ Working Hours: This is a full-time role, working Monday - Friday, 5am–12pm PST.
To excel in this role, you need to be:
✅ Proficient in Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience in consumer product and packaging design—not just digital or layout-based design work
✅ Comfortable working within strict style guide parameters
✅ Someone with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team
✅ Open to feedback and willing to revise designs as needed
Brownie points for:
⭐ Pop culture knowledge - familiarity with entertainment brands is a plus!
🧠 Experience designing physical products (not just mockups), especially for retail brands or consumer packaged goods
You’re a quick learner, easy to work with, and take feedback well. You’re excited about bringing creative ideas to life and working alongside a talented team to make it happen!
What’s in it for you?
💰 $2000 - $3000 per month*
🌟 Full time & fully remote
🌴 PTO: 20 days of paid time off + 5 sick days off
