Koru UX Design is a UX consultancy specializing in complex, high-impact products in HealthTech and enterprise SaaS.
We collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams—often as embedded design partners—to solve challenges beyond the interface. Our focus is on delivering real-world impact by optimizing workflows, processes, and systems, enabling users to make more informed and efficient decisions.
About This Role
This full-time role is for early-career designers looking to contribute to live SaaS and enterprise products while developing their skills.
You’ll work on real product challenges shaped by user insights, business goals, and technical constraints, collaborating with experienced designers who value clarity, craft, and reasoning. Through regular feedback and iteration, you’ll refine your work and deepen your understanding of how products function beyond the interface.
This role is a good fit if you:
- Are early in your design career (0–1 year of experience)
- Are self-driven and comfortable working in a remote, async environment
- Care about both UX and UI, and want to move beyond surface-level design
- Are open to direct feedback and iterative improvement
- Are curious about systems, workflows, and problem-solving
This role may not be a good fit if your focus is limited to only UI or only UX design.
Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity interfaces for enterprise SaaS products.
- Support user research and usability testing, translating insights into UX and AI opportunities.
- Contribute to design systems, including components, patterns, and documentation.
- Prepare developer-ready designs and participate in reviews, research, and stakeholder discussions.
Learning and Growth Opportunities
You will learn to break down complex workflows into scalable systems, collaborate with product, tech, and business teams under real constraints, and contribute towards UX and product strategy.
You’ll also have the opportunity to develop the ability to pitch and present your designs, give and incorporate feedback, and communicate effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders.
As you grow in your role, your responsibilities will expand—from guided contributions to owning features and product areas within live projects
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Product/ UX Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field
Portfolio
- Case studies and design process.
- Academic, freelance, or personal projects are all valid.
Core Skills
- Design Execution - Proficiency in Figma or similar tools, with a strong grasp of layout, typography, and hierarchy.
- User-Centred Thinking - Interest in understanding user behaviour and applying insights to design decisions.
- Iterative Process - Openness to feedback and willingness to refine work through iteration.
- Work Habits - Able to manage working independently in a remote environment.
Bonus (Good to have but not required)
- Basic understanding of accessibility or responsive design
- Exposure to SaaS, enterprise, or healthcare-related problems
- Curiosity about how AI is shaping design workflows
