Qualifications

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree—ideally in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, or something similar.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome! Passion for people and learning new things is just as important as your field of study.
  • Some experience in sourcing or recruiting is great (from an agency, in-house, or even as an internship), but not required. If you’re new to the field, that’s okay—enthusiasm and willingness to learn go a long way.
  • Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques (like LinkedIn, Boolean searches, or social media) is a plus, but we’ll give you all the training you need to get up to speed.
  • Decent skills with Microsoft Office—especially Excel.
  • Comfortable reading, writing, and speaking in English AND German.

  • Proactive: You like to take initiative and are willing to jump in and try things, even if they’re new.
  • Empathetic Listener: You care about people’s perspectives and are a good listener.
  • Problem Solver: You enjoy helping others and figuring out solutions when challenges pop up.
  • Great Communicator: You’re clear, open, and friendly in both written and verbal communication.
  • Service-Minded: You value helping others—whether that’s candidates, recruiters, or hiring managers—and want their experience to be positive.
  • Self-Motivated and Adaptable: You work well on your own, but also ask questions and seek feedback. You’re flexible and have a “can-do” attitude.
  • Dependable and Responsible: People can count on you—you do what you say you’ll do, and you pay attention to the details.
  • Analytical Thinker: You like using data, numbers, or reports to understand what’s working and find ways to improve.
  • Tech Curious: You’re comfortable using basic recruiting tools and open to learning new technology.
  • Organized and Resilient: You can juggle multiple things at once and work well in a fast-paced team.
