We handle various property types, including residential (single and multi-family), HOAs, student housing, co-ops, mobile homes, and short-term rentals. Our services are tailored for portfolios managing 250 to over 50,000 doors, or 15,450 to over 50,000 commercial square feet.

We provide our services through a team of accountants, using AI and automation to deliver cost-effective, efficient, and scalable financial solutions. We operate as an accounting team, not just a software provider.
