The Sourcer is responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates for active and upcoming roles. This position focuses on high-volume sourcing efforts, ensuring a continuous pipeline of qualified leads for the recruiting team.

The Sourcer will leverage various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards,databases, universities) and initiate first contact with potential candidates to assess interest and basic fit, handing over warm leads to the TA team for next steps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract potential candidates using a variety of sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Execute Boolean and targeted searches on LinkedIn and job portals (Indeed, OCC, Computrabajo, etc.).
  • Conduct initial contact with candidates to validate basic requirements and interest.
  • Maintain candidate information and sourcing notes accurately in the ATS (Lever).
  • Collaborate with TA Specialists to align on role requirements, ideal profiles, and sourcing priorities.
  • Provide consistent updates on sourcing progress, pipelines, and challenges.
  • Research market trends and talent availability in target locations or industries.
  • Ensure candidate engagement and a positive first impression of the company.
  • Meet daily and weekly KPIs related to outreach volume, response rate, and qualified candidates delivered.

Required Skills

  • High English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting for volume roles. (Accounting roles preferred)
  • Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.
  • Experience sourcing for remote roles and/or shared service centers.
  • Strong organizational skills and accountability for personal metrics.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (Lever preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Nice-To-Have Skills / Experiences

  • Prior experience sourcing for accounting, finance, or delivery-related roles.
  • Knowledge of RPO or startup recruiting environments.
  • Familiarity with social recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  • Experience using sourcing tools.
  • Demonstrated creativity in candidate outreach and engagement.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred (not mandatory)

Years of Experience

  • At least 2 years in sourcing and/or high-volume recruiting support roles.
