The role you’ll play

In this awesome role you will be one of the driving forces of the people side of business in LanguageWire. You will be part of a great People & Culture team in the newest technology (AI) industry. You will be a part of a very people-centered and energetic team formed by cool people, who are ready to help you. Most of your team-members will be in Valencia, Spain together with you, others based in Copenhagen, Denmark and Hamburg.

Driving recruitment to grow our organization

  • Living our recruitment principles of commitment, prioritize, flexibility, and collaboration

  • Knowing where we should be present to brand ourselves – especially towards tech people

  • Building a “the right fit for our culture” talent pool

  • Screening and searching for candidates

  • Conducting initial interviews

  • Being on top of the recruitment process, so we drive it caring about the candidate experience

  • Checking in with your new hires during their onboarding process

Supporting with People-related tasks

  • Participating in onboarding of our NewWires (joiners) to make sure they experience a positive experience

  • Support our Valencia Office Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including organizing events, maintaining office culture, and addressing employee needs.
