Driving recruitment to grow our organization

Screening and searching for candidates
Conducting initial interviews
Being on top of the recruitment process, so we drive it caring about the candidate experience
Checking in with your new hires during their onboarding process
Supporting with People-related tasks
Participating in onboarding of our NewWires (joiners) to make sure they experience a positive experience
Support our Valencia Office Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including organizing events, maintaining office culture, and addressing employee needs.
