HPS Investment Partners, LLC was founded in 2007 within J.P. Morgan Asset Management. In 2016, we became an employee-owned organization.

We specialize in alternative credit, providing capital solutions and aiming to generate risk-adjusted returns for our clients. These clients include pension funds, insurance companies, endowments, and financial advisors. We manage approximately $179 billion in assets across private and liquid credit.

Our investment strategies span the capital structure and include privately negotiated senior debt, privately negotiated junior capital (debt, preferred, and equity formats), liquid credit (such as syndicated leveraged loans, collateralized loan obligations, and high yield bonds), asset-based finance, and real estate. We work with both large and small companies, offering standard or customized solutions.

We operate globally with offices in North America (New York, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Palm Beach, San Francisco, Stamford), Europe & Middle East (Dubai, London, Luxembourg, Munich), and Asia-Pacific (Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney). We focus on alternative credit, addressing complex challenges, and building long-term partnerships.
