The job in brief:
Job Title - Telesales Agent - German Speaking
Location- Madrid
Working model– Hybrid from Madrid, Remote from Spain
Team- You will join the Customer Service Team in the Telesales department
Level- Professional
Contract - Permanent, full time (36 h/week)
What your impact will be
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in French
Sell holiday packages
Qualifications
Your expertise:
- Native German
- Fluent level of Spanish
- Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail
- Proactive team player
- Self-motivated, tenacious, uses initiative and problem solver
- Work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude
- Strong communicator internal / external
- Work with commercial targets
- excellent computer use

- Previous experience in the travel context or sales
