Learning Technologies Group (LTG) is a global leader in digital learning and talent technology. We’re seeking an experienced Freelance Accounts Payable Specialist to support our Group Finance team in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
Responsibilities
Manage the purchase ledger across multiple Group entities
Process supplier invoices accurately and ensure timely payment
Run weekly multi-currency payment cycles with Treasury
Ensure expenditure is properly authorised
Process employee expenses and corporate card transactions
Complete monthly bank reconciliations
Prepare and submit journal entries
Monitor timesheet submissions and issue reminders
Support month-end close and respond to finance queries
Assist with ad hoc finance tasks as required
Requirements
3+ years’ Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience
Multi-currency experience
Strong NetSuite and Microsoft Excel skills
High attention to detail and strong organisation
Confident communicator across all business levels
Proactive and able to manage workload independently in a remote setting
