Your tasks and responsibilities
🔹 Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
🔹 Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
🔹 Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines
🔹 Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs
🔹 Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing
🔹 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX&UI design
Requirements
✅ Strong portfolio of UX and UI projects. A portfolio could be Behance, Dribble, dedicated page, or in PDF format.
✅ At least 4 years of proven commercial experience in UX and UI design. Experience in visual design is a plus.
✅ Proficiency with Figma and FigJam - these are our standardized tools used for team collaboration
✅ At least an upper intermediate level of English, we are a multinational team and good language skills are essential
✅ Understanding of design and UX concepts, and ability to explain, discuss, and challenge them (e.g. Gestalt principles, atomic design, user-centred design approach, double-diamond framework, etc.)
✅ Understanding and experience in using different UX tools (e.g. user personas, A/B testing, wireframes, prototyping etc.)
