- Communicate insights effectively in various formats to ensure visibility and impact across organizational levels.
- Help maintain and develop our organization-wide insight repository.
- Support Product Managers, Designers and other relevant stakeholders in making evidence-based decisions through research enablement.
- Help teams explore user needs and evaluate ideas through a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods, from usability sessions and interviews to surveys and other core UX Research methods.
- Support the development of scalable research practices that strengthen how insights are collected and applied across the organization.

- Experience in designing and coordinating research initiatives to deliver actionable insights.
- Skilled in synthesis, pattern-finding, identifying opportunities and generating strategic recommendations.
- Ability to communicate insights in a clear and compelling manner, in formats that are easy to digest.
- Familiar with creating common design research deliverables such as personas, user journey maps, etc.
- Experience with research tools, such as qualitative data analysis tools (e.g., Condens, Dovetail), unmoderated testing tools (e.g., UXTweak, Maze), participant recruitment platforms (e.g., User Interviews), and survey creation tools.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and working in fast-moving, agile environments.
- Genuine interest in conducting research that bridges strategy and design thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice-to-Have
- Workshop design and facilitation experience (e.g., assumption mapping, opportunity framing, ideation).
