Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries related to product functionality, usage scenarios, troubleshooting, and account management (e.g., password resets, access issues, or configuration support).
- Understanding the company’s AI-driven solutions and help center resources to effectively guide users through their questions or concerns.
- Collaborating closely with the team, including product specialists, engineers, and account managers, to address complex technical or product-related issues that require escalation.
- Maintaining clear and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions to ensure consistent communication and service improvement.
- Providing feedback to the product and support teams regarding recurring issues or potential areas for enhancement in product usability and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of B2B Customer Service experience either within the finance or tech industry.
- Experience in supporting the US market is non-negotiable.
Advantageous
- Experience in B2C is nice to have but not required.
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Time) / 8:00AM-5:00PM (PH Time)
