Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:
The Social Media Account Executive plays a key role in the team — working closely with content creators to manage workflows, craft engaging scripts, and bring fresh ideas to life on TikTok and Instagram. This role requires someone who thrives on creativity, can juggle multiple priorities like a true multitasking pro, and has a genuine passion for all things social media. It’s a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, so you’ll be wearing many hats and contributing in meaningful ways every day.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Creator Management
- We work closely with content creators and you will be the main point of contact, managing the relationships and keeping them on track to deliver agreed content
Project Management
- Are you ultra-organised? Perfect.

Must-have Skills / Qualification:
- 5+ Years of Experience – Proven track record in an agency, marketing, advertising, or publishing role.
- Proven Creator or Influencer Management – Experience working with content creators and/or influencers
- Project & Stakeholder Management – Can juggle multiple deadlines, coordinating team members, and keeping campaign milestones on track.
- Has experience in content management and video editing.
- Proficient in Monday.com and various video editing tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Creative Problem-Solving with a Growth Mindset – Thrives in dynamic environments, finds effective solutions with limited resources, and embraces new challenges while supporting both clients and colleagues.
- Social Media Expertise & Trend Awareness – Love for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms, with curiosity about what drives engagement and success.
Advantageous:
Experience or knowledge in media buying is a plus.
