Job description
Configure and manage Intune MDM for Windows and Apple devices, including ABM, APNs certificates, and token uploads.
Implement and maintain Conditional Access and Device Compliance Policies using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Deploy and manage applications via Endpoint Manager, including VPP integration for Apple devices.
Enforce security policies such as MFA and compliance rules.
Enhance user experience through Autopilot, macOS DEP, and self-service portals.
Support and troubleshoot AVD environments, including Azure networking, resource groups, and subscriptions.
Collaborate with teams to scope and document technical requirements and solutions.
Maintain and improve Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and 365 Defender.
Utilize PowerShell for automation and advanced configuration (a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies, with a minimum of MD-100: Windows 10 and MS-102: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in managing and executing client tenant migrations, AD on-premises to Azure migrations, and MDM setup and compliance management projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
Advantageous Skills:
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as NIST and CIS.
- Advanced certifications in Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with cloud security and governance tools.
- Knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and scoping experience are a plus
