Its expertise spans multiple sectors, including real estate developments, transportation, utilities, property management, events, and institutional facilities. The organization focuses on enhancing safety, navigation, and visual identity through signage that is both durable and customizable.

Ideal profile:

The Head of Marketing will oversee a team of 10–15 people, including team leads for both our Web Team (designers, 3D modelers, product listing specialists, video personnel) and our Brand Ambassador Team (customer messaging, dealer communications, and segmentation initiatives). This leader will work closely with U.S. leadership to execute marketing strategies, improve product launch execution, and drive B2B dealer engagement.

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

  • 5+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in B2B or industrial/manufacturing/retail/ sectors.
  • A true leader ensures launches are on time, cohesive, and dealer-ready (videos, drawings, listings, pricing).
  • Brings international marketing exposure (U.S., Australian, European)
  • Keeps team morale high and builds an environment where employees want to stay.
  • Attracts new, high-quality talent who see value in joining the team.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (social, paid ads, video, SEO/SEM, email).
  • Experience managing offshore/remote teams across multiple functions.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (BigCommerce a plus) and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with U.S.-based leadership.
  • Hands-on, execution-focused leader who can balance strategy with detail management
  • Stable career history with evidence of long-term commitment and team-building success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage offshore marketing staff (graphic designers, 3D modelers, product listers, and brand ambassadors).
  • Work closely with the U.S.-based manager overseeing brand ambassadors.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across creative, digital, and customer engagement functions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals across four brands.
  • Strengthen brand identity and positioning in B2B and selective B2C markets.
  • Expand digital marketing presence, including social media, digital ads, email campaigns, video content, and SEO.
  • Manage external resources (BigCommerce developers, freelance designers, ad agencies as needed).
  • Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement
  • Support dealer acquisition and retention efforts through targeted campaigns, follow-ups, and sample programs.
  • Partner with brand ambassador team to optimize customer touchpoints (pre-trade show, post-order, and ongoing communication).
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure marketing drives lead generation and measurable business outcomes.
  • Oversee website updates, listings, and digital assets across all brands.
  • Plan and track marketing campaigns (digital, print, trade show support, mailings).
  • Set and monitor KPIs for campaign success and team performance.
  • Analyze marketing performance and provide regular reporting to the COO and company leadership.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve marketing ROI and customer engagement.
