The Marketing Manager will work in a cross-functional team environment on a variety of marketing and communication projects with specific focus on strategy, planning and project management for Marcus & Millichap Corporate Marketing.

This is a fully remote position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing campaigns supporting strategic corporate services and programs.
  • Meet with internal stakeholders to understand their goals and priorities to develop strategic marketing plans that align with those goals.
  • Establish and communicate project deliverables and priorities to stakeholders as well as internal marketing/creative team to gain alignment on project scope and required resources.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with internal creative team and cross-functional partners across the firm.
  • Collaborate with Creative Director and designers to manage creative development and production process of marketing materials.
  • Writes project briefs and light marketing copy as needed.
  • Support the marketing team by completing other tasks and duties as assigned.
  • Must have experience using a variety of marketing tools including both print and digital media, advertising, email, social media, marketing automation, project management, et al.
  • Must have or will be expected to become knowledgeable about the general Commercial Real Estate industry including terminology.
  • Has ability to work successfully within a high production volume environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising or Business.
  • 7+ years of experience in a Marketing or Communications role is required. In-house marketing department or ad agency background is a plus. Commercial Real Estate industry experience is a strong plus.
  • Personality type that seeks innovative ways to improve processes, products, and client experience.
  • Must have a positive, customer-focused demeanor, an eye for detail, precision and accuracy.
  • Must be able to manage projects from start to completion within the given timeframe.
  • Excellent computer and internet skills are essential.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Experience with Asana is a strong plus.
