Founded in 2015 and headquartered in San Francisco, we provide internet infrastructure for businesses. We build enterprise networks that are faster, more accessible, and more secure. We use a full-stack approach, integrating hardware, software, and operations to deliver reliable, modern networks. Our services cost a single monthly fee.

Our hardware includes F1 Firewalls, S1 Core Switches, MP01 PDUs, S2 48-Port Switches, S1 24-Port Switches, G-Series Gateways (including 5G Cellular Gateway), and Access Points. We design and manufacture this hardware ourselves.

Our software handles installation, support, and lifecycle management. Its dashboard and “Command” interface give deep visibility and control. It offers configurability, security, visibility, and resilience. Software features include network insights (Clients, Host monitoring, Topology, Logs), network-wide settings (ISPs, VLANs, Routing, Rate limiting, RADIUS profiles, Captive portal), wireless management (SSIDs, Radio profiles, WIDS), and security features (Firewall, DNS security, Port forwarding, 1:1 NAT, mDNS, NIDS). It also supports secure tunnels like Client VPN and IPsec.

Our infrastructure scales, supporting multi-site management across thousands of locations and millions of devices for companies of various sizes. We aim to make obtaining and maintaining internet, networking, and Wi-Fi services straightforward for organizations.

We believe the internet is a fundamental utility that businesses should be able to activate with the same ease as water or electricity. Our mission is to build better networks, so any organization, no matter its IT team’s size, can easily connect and stay online.

Our strategy assumes internet usage will increase, so we need strong networking infrastructure. We rebuild this infrastructure from the ground up: designing hardware, writing firmware, developing software, deploying networks, and providing support as a single, integrated solution.

We work in-office in San Francisco. Our office, distribution center, and quality engineering (QE) lab are all in one place. This lets us work where products are developed, tested, and shipped. We prioritize in-person collaboration, with most of our team based in the Bay Area.

Our interview process assesses skills and ambition while showing you how we work. It usually involves an initial meeting with a hiring manager, a writing sample and take-home exercise, early reference checks, and onsite interviews with founders, the hiring manager, and other colleagues.
