In this dynamic and newly created role, we’re seeking a Director of Technology, Business Systems & Project Delivery to lead the digital transformation of a community-based mental health organization serving children, adolescents, adults, and families across NYC. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and mission-driven impact.
Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Business Operations, you’ll shape technology strategy, modernize clinical and business systems, oversee project delivery, and ensure secure, compliant operations—all while partnering closely with clinical and operational teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead organization-wide digital transformation, including EHR, HRIS, finance, payroll, telehealth, and enterprise platforms
- Drive automation, AI, and RPA initiatives that improve access, efficiency, and quality of care
- Oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, and managed service providers with a strong focus on HIPAA & NYS compliance
- Build and lead a high-performing technology team (project management, automation, systems & support)
- Own a transparent, practical project delivery framework that turns ideas into results
- Partner with executive leadership and frontline staff to ensure technology truly supports care delivery

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years leading technology, systems, and digital transformation in healthcare or regulated environments
- Strong experience with EHRs, clinical systems, enterprise platforms, and vendor management
- Proven success delivering complex projects and leading cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare security standards
- A collaborative, service-oriented leader who’s energized by mission-driven work
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or certifications (PMP, CPHIMS, etc.) a plus
- This position requires daily in-office attendance at our NYC office; candidates must be located within commuting distance
Additional Information

Salary: $200,000 - $240,000/year
Compensation will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
