About the Role
We are looking for a Patient Enrollment & Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients enrolling in our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) programs.
You will guide patients through enrollment, educate them on program benefits, assist with device setup, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure they have a seamless experience throughout their care journey.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, enjoys helping people, is comfortable providing technical support over the phone, and thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Enrollment
Contact eligible patients and explain the benefits of RPM and CCM programs.
Guide patients through enrollment and consent processes.
Verify patient eligibility and demographic information.
Schedule onboarding appointments when required.
Educate patients about program expectations and participation requirements.
Accurately document all patient interactions and enrollment activities.
Technical Support
Assist patients with setting up RPM devices and mobile applications.
Troubleshoot device connectivity, login issues, password resets, and account access.
Provide support for patient portals and healthcare applications.
Escalate unresolved technical issues to internal support teams.
Follow up with patients to ensure successful issue resolution.
Patient Engagement
Conduct outbound calls to encourage participation and regular device usage.
Assist patients in submitting health readings and completing program activities.
Answer questions related to devices, services, and care programs.
Support patient retention and long-term engagement initiatives.
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.
Update enrollment statuses and patient information in company systems.
Collaborate with clinical, operations, and support teams.
Meet productivity, quality, and service-level performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in:
Customer Service
Call Center Support
Technical Support
Healthcare Support
Patient Enrollment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Spanish communication skills (preferred).
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication.
Comfortable providing technical troubleshooting over the phone.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Proficiency with:

Web-based applications
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the healthcare industry.
