Chief of Staff to the CEO
Reporting To Founder & CEO
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused Chief of Staff to partner directly with the Founder & CEO in scaling a high-growth Data & AI consulting business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and wants a front-row seat in building a next-generation AI and Data consulting firm. As the CEO’s strategic partner, you will help drive growth, operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and business transformation across the organization. You will work across sales, business development, partnerships, delivery, talent, and corporate strategy—turning ideas into action and ensuring the organization executes effectively against its growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Founder & CEO Office
• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Founder & CEO.
• Drive execution of strategic priorities and company-wide initiatives.
• Manage executive priorities, decision-making frameworks, and follow-through key actions.
• Prepare executive briefings, board updates, investor presentations, and leadership communications.
Growth, Sales & Business Development
• Partner with the leadership team to drive revenue growth and business expansion.
• Build and track sales pipelines, forecasts, and key revenue metrics.
• Support GTM strategy, account planning, and strategic client pursuits.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth levers.
• Conduct market research on emerging trends in Data, AI, GenAI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation.
Strategic Initiatives & Business Transformation
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Drive special projects related to AI offerings, new business models, partnerships, and operational improvements.
• Monitor progress against strategic goals and ensure timely execution.
Business Operations & Performance Management
• Establish and monitor business KPIs across sales, delivery, finance, talent, and operations.
• Drive Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Build executive dashboards and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Improve operational processes, governance, and organizational effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate closely with business leaders, clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment across teams to ensure strategic objectives are achieved.
• Support client engagements, executive meetings, and strategic discussions.

• Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR)

• Growth and GTM Strategy Recommendations
Experience
• 8+ years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, Founder’s Office, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Experience working in startups, scale-ups, consulting firms, or technology organizations.
• Proven exposure to business growth, GTM strategy, and operational execution.
