Job Description Mindstix is looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Lead who is passionate about their work and committed to delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of modern software development. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architects, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

Location - Pune (Hybrid)

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Conduct peer code reviews, identify potential issues, and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.

Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.

Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes within the team.

Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and software development.

Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar.

Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MSSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, CouchDB).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time.
