Role: Oracle Developer SOA
Experience: 6+ Years
Location: Remote
MANDATE SKILLS:
Oracle EBS Development+ WebService development on Oracle XML
Gateway.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, and
integrations.
Develop and expose web services (SOAP/REST) using Oracle Integrated
SOA Gateway (ISG) and PL/SQL APIs.
Configure and implement Oracle XML Gateway for inbound and outbound
transactions.
Work with functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate
them into technical specifications.
Develop, test, and deploy custom XML messages, message maps, and
message definitions for XML Gateway.
Design and implement keystring-based boolean logic and parameter
handling within EBS interfaces.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EBS web services, XML
Gateway messages, and data integration.
Document technical designs, integration flows, and configuration details.
Collaborate with DBA, Infrastructure, and Functional teams to ensure end-to-
end solution delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (preferably
R12 or higher).
Proficiency in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and Workflow.
Strong experience with Web Service development (SOAP and REST),
especially using:
o Oracle Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG)
o Oracle JDeveloper (for SOA Suite, if used)
Hands-on expertise with Oracle XML Gateway:
o Message definitions and mappings
o Trading partner setups
o EDI/XML integration
Familiarity with EBS APIs and Open Interfaces for standard modules (e.g.,
PO, OM, AR, AP, INV).
Experience with RICEW components.
Ability to write and interpret Boolean keystrings and handle parameter
parsing logic.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
