Patient Enrollment Specialist – U.S. Healthcare (Remote India)

About the Role
Cipra.AI is hiring a Patient Enrollment Specialist to onboard U.S.-based patients into Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) programs. This is a voice-based role requiring excellent English communication and patient handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to enroll patients into RPM/CCM programs
- Explain services and obtain patient consent
- Assist with device setup (BP monitors, etc.)
- Handle patient queries via calls & email (24-hour SLA)
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
- Troubleshoot basic device/connectivity issues
- Escalate clinical or technical concerns
Requirements
- 1–3+ years in U.S. healthcare call center / patient support / customer service
- Fluent English with neutral accent (U.S. communication)
- Experience in outbound calling
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Suite, and multitasking
- Reliable internet & dedicated workspace
Preferred
- Experience in RPM / CCM / Telehealth
- Basic medical terminology knowledge
- Device onboarding / tech support experience
- Experience working with U.S. clients
