Work Mode: Hybrid (2 Days Remote + 3 Days Onsite)
Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM IST
Location: Gurgaon / Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based applications and backend services.
Write efficient, reusable, and modular code to support scalable software solutions.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database operations for high-performance data processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and implement end-to-end solutions.
Build, enhance, and maintain data pipelines and batch processing workflows for large datasets.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.
Ensure code quality by adhering to best practices, version control (Git), and automated testing standards.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Work with business analysts and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Maintain documentation for code, processes, and workflows to support operational continuity.
