Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling digital marketing solutions such as lead generation campaigns and brand awareness packages to real estate developers and channel partners. You will play a key role in client acquisition, relationship management, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and source active real estate advertisers through online research, networking, referrals, and on-ground market visits
● Connect with real estate channel partners and developers to build strong relationships and schedule meetings
● Pitch and sell B2B digital marketing solutions, including performance marketing, lead generation, and brand awareness campaigns
● Develop and execute growth strategies focused on revenue generation and long-term client satisfaction
● Present, explain, and demonstrate The Propertist’s marketing services and campaign offerings to prospective clients
● Prepare quotations, proposals, and media plans, and negotiate commercial terms effectively
● Close deals and ensure timely client onboarding and conversion
● Manage ongoing client relationships, ensure retention, upsell opportunities, and generate referrals
● Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales target
What We’re Looking For:
● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
● Experience or strong interest in real estate, digital marketing, or B2B sales
● Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
● Ability to understand client needs and offer customized solutions
● You will mostly be involved in scheduled meetings with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
● Minimum 1 year of work experience (required)
● Experience in B2B / sales or real estate sales (preferred)
● Basic knowledge of digital marketing (preferred)
● Candidates born and brought up in Mumbai or Pune will be given preference
● Good command of English and Hindi
