Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Remote (Candidate should be open to travel/visit Bangalore office if required)
Experience: 10–16 Years
CTC: Up to 45 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect who can design, implement, and lead enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ITSM modules along with architectural experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and upgrades
Work on ITFN (IT Financial Management) and ITON (IT Operations Management) modules
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide technical leadership to development and implementation teams
Ensure best practices, governance, and performance optimization
Participate in client discussions and solution design (Presales involvement preferred)
Mandatory Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect
Strong hands-on experience in:
ITSM
ITFN (IT Financial Management)
ITON (IT Operations Management)
Proven experience in designing enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture
Strong understanding of integrations, workflows, and platform capabilities
Preferred Skills
Experience in Presales / Solutioning
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or Architect-level preferred)
Client-facing experience and stakeholder management
Eligibility
Total Experience: 10+ Years
Relevant ServiceNow experience with architecture exposure
Additional Notes
This is a remote role, but candidates should be flexible for occasional office visits in Bangalore if required by the client.
