NOTE: The Candidate should be able to share 3 to 4 Production Ticket Resolutions work experience during interview on OM/INV modules for Tech Support Role.
Skills – Must have:
Oracle EBS Tech Support Role:
Oracle EBS R12 Tool for multiple Modules: more than one module in Supply chain and Manufacturing Industry as per the workshop readout.
Hands on SQL/ PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports, Inbound/outbound interfaces/Data Extraction/Load to troubles shoot issues in a production environment on any of the Oracle EBS Layers and produce a remediation to resolve.
Independently managed proceed for Issue Resolution and enhancements of customizations in Oracle EBS present in Business Flows.
