A Day In The Life Of Our Sr. FP&A Manager - Mfg & Ops BP
- Lead Manufacturing Operation Group’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Quarterly Forecast Refresh, Monthly Actual vs. Forecast variance analysis and Outlook process. Instrumental to the cross functional team to achieve gross margin forecast accuracy.
- Partner strategically with the Manufacturing Operations team on continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
- Conduct detailed analysis of manufacturing costs, including direct materials, labor, and overhead, to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement a robust monthly reporting system for senior leadership, delivering comprehensive global cost and inventory analysis insights to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to craft an exhaustive supply plan that aligns with financial goals and resource optimization.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of international manufacturing options to assess cost-effectiveness and operational efficiencies, facilitating informed decision-making as the company expands its global presence.
- Partner closely with functional leaders to gain in-depth insight into their priorities, facilitating the development of budgets that effectively meet their requirements while aligning with the company’s financial objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive inventory reporting and controls to ensure accurate financial statements and improve inventory purchasing decision making.
- Conduct monthly variance analysis against AOP target to gauge operational performance and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
- Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested by management.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field required; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 7+ years of finance experience within a manufacturing environment. Experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP system, data aggregation and analysis tools including NetSuite, Excel, Tableau, SQL.
- Proficiency in cost accounting principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights to non-financial stakeholder

Pay Transparency
The Pay Range for this position is listed. Noah Medical offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors such as location as permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
California Pay Range
$158,000—$198,000 USD
