Your Mission:
We are looking for a mid-level Salesforce Developer to join the Business Automation team. The role focuses on building scalable solutions, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and enhancing Salesforce capabilities across Sales, Operations, and Support.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Flow
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and automation logic
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, Power Platform, etc.)
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders (Sales Ops, Finance, Support, etc.)
- Optimize system performance, handle technical debt, and improve existing automations
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs
- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and best practices
Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, automation tools, and security model
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Service Cloud / Email-to-Case
- Exposure to Power Automate or other automation tools
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification
