About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive CIS Crypto Affiliate BD Manager to expand our affiliate network and drive revenue growth across the CIS region.
What You’ll Do
Identify and attract new affiliates: KOLs, influencers, trading schools, etc.
Build and maintain strong partner relationships aligned with business objectives.
Analyze affiliate performance data to scale partnerships and inform decisions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with the product team to optimize offerings and attract quality users.
What We Look For
Fluent English and Ukrainian (required)
Proven experience in affiliate or BD roles in the crypto industry, preferably in CIS
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets
Solid understanding of CIS crypto market dynamics and regulations
Nice to Have
Experience with cross-cultural or cross-timezone teams
Previous experience at a crypto exchange
Passion for blockchain and crypto payments
