About the Opportunity
As a Local Operations Analyst at OKX TR, you will be at the core of the local entity’s day-to-day operations: handling legal and regulatory requests, supporting cross-functional workflows, driving process improvements through AI tooling, and tracking operational data to inform local management decisions. This is a high-ownership role that requires structured thinking, strong communication, and a genuine drive to make things work better.
What You’ll Be Doing
Process and respond to incoming legal and regulatory requests, including preparation of response letters and direct communication with governmental bodies.
Serve as an operational point of contact for escalated cases requiring cross-functional coordination, ensuring timely and accurate resolution across internal teams.
Extract and monitor operational data on a regular basis using Datawind, translating outputs into structured reports and actionable insights for local management.
Identify workflow bottlenecks and build lightweight AI-assisted internal tools to reduce manual workload, presenting proposals to the team and supporting adoption.
Support the rollout of new procedures at the local level and act as a bridge between the local entity and global operations teams.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams with high attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with Datawind for operational data extraction and reporting.
Basic coding proficiency and interest in AI API integration and workflow automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication in both Turkish and English.
Familiarity with Turkish regulatory processes and a genuine interest in the crypto and fintech space.
A self-starter mindset: proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Nice to Haves
Experience with Claude Cowork or similar AI-assisted workflow tools.
Knowledge of blockchain, digital assets, or analytic tools such as Elliptic.
Experience working with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
