What You’ll Be Doing
Gather business requirements and API feedback from both internal and external sources, such as feedback from institutional customers, and continuously improve the API product through effective iterative mechanisms.
Study the competitive landscape and industry trends, transforming this information into actionable API product iteration plans that align with the company’s actual needs.
Utilize data analytics to create data-driven insights to understand client behavior.
Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with customers and strategic partners, using their feedback to guide product enhancements and future development.
What We Look For In You
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical, solution oriented role, preferably related to trading or technology platforms, especially in network and API endpoints.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Finance.
Proactive and self-driven, with a logical and data-driven mindset, strong team collaboration skills, and effective communication abilities.
Proficiency in English & Conversational Mandarin preferred.
Able to think systematically with a clear problem-solving approach when facing issues ; skilled at breaking down and simplifying complex problems. Not only from a tech lens but also from a revenue perspective.

The salary range for this position is $143,111 to $214,666 for tier 1 states such as California & New York.
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
