  • Support operational leadership and oversight of the restaurant and club, ensuring smooth execution across staffing, security, venue flow, guest experience, and entertainment programming
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage offerings throughout the venue, supporting the development and management of a rave-worthy, revenue-driven beverage and bar program
  • Assist in shaping the vision and direction for live entertainment and events, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver a dynamic calendar of DJs, live music, and special events that engage guests and enhance the brand
  • Serve as a key relationship builder, fostering connections with guests, performers, partners, team members, and senior leadership while motivating staff to consistently exceed expectations
  • Mentor and support the leadership team, promoting a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance across all departments
  • Assist in monitoring the financial performance of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, sales analysis, payroll oversight, invoicing, inventory management, and reporting to the Director of Operations
  • Analyze operational data, guest feedback, and business trends to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, liquor licensing, employment standards, and security regulations while maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-managed venue
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the restaurant and club, representing the business professionally internally and externally and contributing to community engagement
  • Other duties as required
