YOUR MISSION:

As a Working Student Finance (Accounting) (f/m/d), you will support our Finance team in keeping our accounting operations accurate, compliant, and scalable as Parloa grows at high speed. You’ll gain hands-on experience in finance at the heart of a hyper-growth AI company redefining customer experience through Agentic AI.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations with a focus on Procure-to-Pay and expenses.
- Process and review vendor invoices (PO and non-PO) and ensure correct approvals and postings.
- Ensure transactions from our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solution are accurately synced into the ERP system.
- Act as a point of contact for basic vendor and internal finance-related questions.
- Support reconciliations, month-end close activities, and audit preparations.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- You are curious, hands-on, and eager to learn how accounting works in a fast-growing tech company.
- You work carefully, reliably, and enjoy working with numbers and systems.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
