Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Flexible schedule with required overlap with EST business hours

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing company operating at the intersection of technology, startups, and digital media. Role Overview

This role exists to grow and scale the personal brand of a company founder across Twitter and LinkedIn through consistent, high-impact written content. You will translate ideas, insights, and industry commentary into engaging social posts that build trust, credibility, and audience engagement. The role is highly independent and execution-focused, requiring strong research skills, excellent written English, and sharp editorial judgment. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders while owning the end-to-end content creation process. This role is ideal for a proactive writer who thrives in fast-paced, idea-driven environments and enjoys shaping a distinct, opinionated voice.

Your Impact

You will directly influence brand visibility, audience growth, and engagement across social platforms. Your writing will help establish the founder as a trusted voice within the startup, tech, and marketing ecosystems. By consistently publishing high-quality content, you will strengthen audience trust and long-term brand equity. Your ability to iterate based on performance will improve reach, resonance, and content effectiveness over time.

Core Responsibilities

Personal Brand Content Strategy – 40%

  • Research relevant topics aligned with startup, technology, and marketing audiences
  • Translate raw ideas into structured, compelling content frameworks
  • Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and positioning across platforms
  • Adapt messaging to platform-specific best practices for Twitter and LinkedIn

Social Content Creation – 40%

  • Write high-performing tweets and LinkedIn posts on a consistent cadence
  • Develop longer-form, newsletter-style content when required
  • Incorporate humor and personality while maintaining clarity and authority
  • Iterate on content based on engagement and performance signals

Content Optimization & Iteration – 20%

  • Review performance metrics to refine hooks, structure, and messaging
  • Test different writing angles and content formats
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for feedback and alignment

Must-Haves (Required)

  • Proven experience as a copywriter or content writer for social platforms
  • Exceptional written English with strong storytelling ability
  • Deep familiarity with Twitter and LinkedIn content formats
  • Ability to independently research, structure, and execute content ideas
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

  • Experience writing for founders or personal brands
  • Background in startups, technology, or SaaS environments
  • Newsletter or long-form content writing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to write with humor and personality
