The Role
As our Salesforce Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing ongoing administrative support for the Salesforce platform, including user management, data maintenance, and system configuration.
Delivering timely and effective technical support to end-users.
Collaborating with regional and global teams to ensure platform stability and performance.
Implementing and maintaining security settings, user roles, and profiles.
Assisting in documentation, training materials, and process flows.
Supporting platform upgrades, patches, and releases.
Creating and managing reports, dashboards, and workflows.
Conducting regular system audits and ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Staying up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices.
Training and guiding users to enhance Salesforce skills across the organisation.
About You
You should have:
- 2+ years of experience working at a global or regional level with Salesforce platforms.
- Salesforce Admin certifications (ADM201, ADM211, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Jira, Service Desk, and Confluence.
- Background in Financial Services (desirable).
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and related systems.
- Proficiency in building custom apps, workflows, formula fields, and views.
- Understanding of other Salesforce Clouds and Apps (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud) is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.
